Small Leaf Lime tree

Looking left to the far corner of the small green, near the pedestrian entrance to the cathedral; you will see a tall Small Leaf Lime tree (Tilia cordata). The Small Leaf Lime tree is a charming tree, its blossom produces a sweet scent and pleasantly minty honey. The leaves are heart-shaped which is pretty fitting for a tree located in the cathedral grounds where love echos.
